Hilary Lee, a Sidney resident, is fighting for her life in the ICU at Billings Clinic. For over 2 weeks, she has been battling COVID-19 complications and is in critical condition.
As of Oct. 16, doctors have been telling Hilary’s family that she remains on “cruise control; telling them that this is a marathon and not a sprint,” according to a GoFundMe page organized for Hilary.
“Progress is measured week by week and not daily and there may be setbacks. Hilary remains on a ventilator. For now, the family rejoices in baby steps. Hilary currently communicates some by writing on a board.”
