The 2023 Eagle Wrestling Camps will be coming up in June with Guy Melby, VHSCA National Coach of the Year Sidney High School head coach and Brandon Eggum, University of Minnesota head coach.
The Little Guy Camp featuring University of Minnesota will be held June 10-12 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-4 p.m. for beginners - 6th grade, at Sidney High School.
The Technique Camp will be June 12-14. 9 a.m.-3 p.m., for grades 6-12 at Sidney High School. This camp is for the more advanced wrestlers. Graduates this spring cannot attend this camp. Workouts are intensive and will prepare wrestlers for the upcoming season.
The Intensive Camp is June 10-15. This camp will meet 3 times a day, the times are yet to be determined. This camp is an opportunity to train at an intensive training camp with teams going to High School Nationals in Florida. Report at 6 p.m., June 10 at Sidney High School.
On Thursday, June 15 the Brodie Gorder run will be taking place. This run consists of a 10K or 5K walk or run or a 2K walk. It starts at 6 p.m. at Sidney High School.
