Stockman Bank recently committed to building a new full-service bank at 301 West Holly Street at the northwest corner of Holly and Third Avenue NW in Sidney. Stockman purchased this slightly over three acre parcel from Don and Roger Byer in October 2013. Ground breaking on a new three-story building is set for mid-2015.
