A Hometown Holiday Benefit for Janaye Rayman will be held at the Sidney Elks Lodge, Friday, Dec. 22 from 6-11 p.m. This benefit is for a Sidney High School alumna, by her fellow alumni. The daughter of Ron and Cyndee Brown; Janaye made many friends, was an all-star athlete, and did well in school. After graduating Sidney High School, she went on to Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD, to get a bachelor’s degree in radiology. Drug Free Communities in collaboration with Richland County Housing Authority and the Fairview Police Department will be holding their 2nd annual “Cookies with Cops” event at the Fairview Senior Center on Thursday, Dec. 14 from 5:30-7 p.m. There will also be a “Cookies with Cops” event in Sidney but the date is to be determined and will not be until January. BOZEMAN — An online auction to support Montana 4-H will be available through Dec. 4, according to the Montana 4-H Foundation. More than 50 lots are up for bid in the Montana 4-H Emerald Auction.
