Mercy Community Sale Seeking Local Non-Profit Organizations For April 28 Sale

Mercy Medical Center’s Annual Community Sale will be held on Saturday, April 28 at the Raymond Family Community Center, Williston.

Mercy Medical Center will oversee coordination of the sale. Mercy will partner with a local non-profit organization for another successful sale. Local non-profit organizations looking to partner with Mercy are encouraged to apply to become the 2012 Mercy Sale Beneficiary.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a community minded project designed to serve youth and/or their families who live within Mercy’s service area (60-mile radius) and be able to mobilize a significant workforce to assist with the sale. The success of this sale is based solely on the efforts and commitment of the organization to solicit and secure donations that generate revenue from the raffle and sale.

The Mercy sale could result in an award to the non-profit organization historically ranging from $25,000-$60,000 after all expenses for the event have been paid. The potential income directly depends upon the efforts of the non-profit organization to proactively generate proceeds from the raffle and sale.

The application form may be downloaded from Mercy’s website at http://www.mercy-williston.org or may be picked up at the Foundation office located inside Mercy Medical Center.

Completed applications must be received by no later than 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6.
