Meals Under Construction Cooking Demonstration

Do you think a healthy meal takes too much time to prepare or costs too much? Let Judy Johnson, MSU Extension agent, show you how easy it can be done and taste the results. Tips for quick healthy meals, stocking a healthy pantry and recipes for meals in a hurry will also be featured.
