Are you thinking of going to school? The Department of Labor and Industry is bringing valuable information to rural communities in Eastern Montana through the College Access Challenge Grant. The Sidney Job Service is partnering with the Sidney Richland Library to host a college access and financial aid information event. Multiple College Recruiters will be available to discuss both on campus and distance learning opportunities available to you in Eastern Montana. Additionally Apprenticeship and Job Corp representatives will be available to discuss alternative options. Benefits of attending will be to learn the benefits of post-secondary education including raised earning power and employability, how to find funding through the Free Application for Financial Assistance and other sources, and assistance in exploring careers.
The event will be held at the Sidney-Richland Library, March 22 from 4-7 p.m. Come check out what opportunity awaits.
