The Richland County D.A.R.E. program and Savage Public Schools held its fifth grade graduation program on April 13. Sidney Police Sgt. Travis Rosaaen instructed the Savage fifth grade students on the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Each student read their “Take A Stand” essays followed by a talk given by guest speaker Richland County Attorney Mike Weber.
