Funeral service for Patricia “Patsy” Irwin, 55, of Sidney, were 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church with Pastor David Huskamp officiating. Patsy died on Sunday afternoon, July 8, 2012, at the Sidney Health Center.
