The Sidney High School Speech and Drama Team headed to Hardin in the wee hours of Saturday morning. Competing against 12 schools, including all of the Class A Schools from the Eastern A Division, the Speech Team finished 3rd in Speech Sweeps and The Drama Team finished 4th in Sweeps. Senior Kalen Hance brought home the 1st place win in Extemp(Speech) proving that he is a force to be reckoned with. This was Kalen’s third meet of the season and his third time finishing in 1st place. The team is heading to Shepard next weekend.
