On July 19 at approximately 5:05 p.m. a 2020 Ford F-350, driven by 66-year-old Randall Moe, Tioga, ND, was traveling east on 60th St. NW. A 2004 Peterbilt, driven by 43-year-old Donnie Wurz, Choteau, MT, was traveling south on 129th Ave. NW, approximately 4 miles west of Epping, ND. Wurz failed to yield at the intersection and struck Moe on the driver side area of the vehicle. Wurz came to rest in the east ditch partially blocking 129th Ave NW. Moe came to rest in the east field. Moe was pronounced deceased at the scene. At the time of the crash the weather conditions were clear and the road conditions were dry on a clear gravel roadway.
