Watford City's Nivon Hayes has captured his second consecutive North Dakota Class A wrestling state title last weekend in Fargo at 285 lbs. Also placing for Watford City were Ethan Dennis, 145 lbs - 2nd; Brier Arnegard, 138 lbs - 5th, and San Inman, 285 lbs - 8th.
