Sidney Baseball Scores First Win in Laurel

The Sidney Eagle baseball team traveled to Laurel, on Friday, April 7. The games were supposed to be played in Belgrade, but due to snow on their field, these games were played in Laurel.

Junior player Braden Harris's father was in attendance. "It happens to be my birthday, and all I want is a 15 -run-rule victory," said Harris. His wish was granted. The Sidney Eagle baseball team picked up their first win in program history against Lonepeak, 17-1.

They dropped a tough one to Belgrade in the 2nd game, 3-13. The Eagle boys play in Butte on April14 and their first home game will be Friday, April 21.
