    The Watford City FFA Chapter held an awards picnic on Tuesday, July 28 at the Kent Pelton Nature Park. Every year, the chapter honors local people who support the FFA by presenting Honorary FFA degrees. This year's recipients were Samantha Doneen and Marlai Johnston.   • Watford City FFA Holds Greenhand Degree Ceremonies

    At a special October meeting, the Watford City FFA recently held its annual Greenhand Induction ceremonies. At these ceremonies, forty-two members received their Greenhand degree from the Watford City Chapter. In order to earn the degree of Greenhands, members are required to memorize the FFA Creed, and have extensive knowledge in Parliamentary Procedure and a basic understanding of the history and purposes of the FFA on the local, state & national level.     On April 4, the Watford City FFA Chapter held their 54th annual banquet. Chapter officers presented the opening ceremonies. Over 200 parents, members and guests were in attendance. Andrew Kreidt, Southwest Region Vice President brought greetings from the State FFA Officer Team. Tessa Dwyer and Shania Rolla introduced the slide show recapping the years’ events.
