The Richland County 6th Annual Community-wide Conference - Evening Event will be held on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 and will feature three local community speakers. The Youth Action Group began from the Richland County Partnership for Promise, which was started after the 1998 Governor’s Summit on Youth for Montana’s Promise. After the summit in July, each town in Richland County held focus groups made up of youth and adults that had the mission of working together in collaboration to create an ongoing healthy, supportive environment for the youth of Richland County.
