ServSafe Food Safety Training Offered

A four-hour ServSafe food safety employee training will be offered on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 2-6 p.m. at the MSU Richland County conference room, 1499 N. Central Ave., Sidney.

The training will be taught by ServSafe certified instructor, Judy Johnson, MSU Richland County Extension agent.

Cost for the course is $7.

All aspects of food safety will be covered from personal hygiene to handling food properly in the kitchen to cleaning and sanitizing.
