Dickinson State University held its first ever Winter Commencement exercises on Friday, Dec. 16. The university graduated 150 students from 12 states and 8 foreign countries.
Graduating from Sidney were: Anya Chamberlain, graduated with a Bachelor of Science; Rochelle Franzen, graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Darren Roth graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science.
The Commencement’s keynote address was given by Dr. D.C. Coston, Dickinson State University president. Comments were also made by Dr. Terry Hjelmstad, North Dakota State Board of Higher Education member, and Todd Hall, DSU Alumni Foundation member.
