Learning 2 Serve

Agriculture/FFA students take time to witness, experience and participate in this pick-up site at Reynolds’ Market in Sidney. It is reported that the compactor truck is a welcome addition to ROI’s fleet and service to Richland County for recycling of cardboard products. The FFA encourages the community and businesses to join the efforts of ROI and assist financially and in participation in the recycling movement. Marianne Gartner applies the finishing touches on the truck. This project and additional wood constructed recycle sheds for area distribution, are the key components to this 2nd year of the Living 2 Serve Grant. Phase 3 will be planned, written and submitted this summer. FFA and ROI thank those past contributing business and individuals. The increased volume of garage and recyclables are hitting Richland County. So! Please step up and do a bigger part in the need for reducing Land Fill waste! Partner up for the LONG HAUL!
