Coles Open Richland County Title

Ty and Lynn Cole have recently opened Richland County Title, LLC in Sidney. They owned and operated Beaverhead Title, Inc. in Dillon, MT for the past six years, and are excited about bringing their expertise to eastern Montana. They will fulfill their customer’s title insurance, escrow and research needs with professional, courteous service. They offer accuracy, efficiency, timely title work and clean closings, all done with strict confidentiality.

Lynn is a Richland County native who graduated from Lambert High School in 1998 and the University of Western Montana in Dillon in 2005. Ty is a 1998 graduate of Salmon, ID High School. They have four children ranging in age from 10 months to 12 years.

They are excited about being in Sidney and look forward becoming a part of the community and to serving Richland and the surrounding Montana counties.

Richland County Title is located in the Thrivent Financial Building, 1050 S. Central Ave., Sidney. Use the Central Ave. side entrance, watch for the sign above the door.
