MonDak Heritage Center Christmas Activities

Saturday Dec. 7th, 1:00-4:00pm

The 26th Annual MonDak Christmas: "Christmas on the Prairie" will be celebrated with a special two day event. Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th. Saturday will be a Family Fun Day, with free admission to the museum and lots of activities for all ages. Activities will include a scavenger hunt through the galleries, making ornaments, story time, and making holiday cards for our troops. December 7th also marks the anniversary of the attacks at Pearl Harbor.

Christmas Celebration

Sunday Dec. 8th, 1:30-4:00pm

The 26th Annual MonDak Christmas "Christmas on the Prairie" will be held Sunday, Dec. 8th 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm at the MonDak Heritage Center. This relaxing afternoon will include a performance by the Liberty Christian Bell Choir at 2pm, a fundraiser bake sale, a soup contest with people's choice voting, and photos with Santa beginning at 2:45pm! Everyone is invited. All free will donations that day will benefit the MonDak's education program. Times are subject to change.

This event is also a perfect time to shop for unique gifts by local artists in the MonDak's gift shop where new books, art, and new artists have been added in recent weeks. It will also be time to stock up on baked goodies at the MonDak's annual bake sale.

This event is FREE and open to the public, although donations for photos with Santa are appreciated. Sunday, doors open at 1:30 pm. Refreshments will be served. We hope to see you there!
