A subcommittee on the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Federal Programs was held at the Richland County Fair Event Center Friday morning. Senator Jon Tester helmed the proceedings as Chairman and invited many witnesses to testify about their specific field of interest regarding the change in the area since the boom started and what sort of impact we are experiencing now.
