Arnegard 4th of July Celebration Tribute to Sherry Whited-Arnold

The family of Sherry Whited Arnold would like to invite you to the Arnegard 4th of July celebration. Sherry’s parents are Ron & Sharon (Thompson) Whited. They, along with her sister Rhonda, ranch south of Sidney, MT where Sherry grew up and went to country school and then on to Sidney High School where she graduated valedictorian. After college she taught math in Tioga, ND, Bishop Ryan in Minot and her last 18 years she was blessed to come home to Sidney and teach. She was always willing to help any students that need help, and this was evident in the high regard in which her students held her. Though Sherry loved teaching math, by example she also taught her students life lessons in integrity, quiet determination, positive attitude, and enjoyment of life. Sherry loved to stump you on math problems. Nothing illustrated these virtues more than her six-year battle and final defeat of a rare cancer. She touched many young lives.

Sherry married Jerome Papineau and they were blessed with two wonderful children, Jason and Holly. In 1998 she married Gary Arnold where they became a blended family with Karen, Catherine and James.

So this Fourth of July come and celebrate Sherry’s life and the fellowship of family and friends.
