    The Ribfest 2013 Planning Committee has set Friday, August 9th for this year’s event on Main Street, Watford City. Concessions and the Street Fair will start at 10 a.m. and the rib contest will take place at 5 p.m. A $1,000 prize will be awarded for the team with the best ribs.     Montana state and local public health officials are working with national health agencies to respond to an outbreak of Hepatitis A linked to a frozen fruit blend sold by Costco stores, including all of those in Montana. To date, no cases of illness have been confirmed in Montana and the product has been pulled from stores.
