Funeral services for Elsie E. Carstens, 76, of Fairview, MT are at 2 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Fairview Alliance Church with Pastor Kelly Sloan officiating. Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Sidney Health Center Hospice.
