    Fall of 2022 Sidney Circle Subdivision was finally given some long-needed improvements. The Sidney Subdivision was started in 1978. More people started moving in during the oil boom in 1979 and 1980. In the late 1980s they reached saturation. They put a municipal system in but by 2018 it was reaching capacity.
