Richland County Transportation Service has been meeting the mobility needs of Richland County residents since 2006. RCTS provides more than 40,000 rides/year to people of all ages—whether it’s students going to activities, employees going to work or Seniors going to appointments or doing their shopping. RCTS serves Sidney six days/week as well as providing service to Lambert, Savage and Fairview at least one day each week. While RCTS is proud to offer residents the ability to move within Richland County it also recognizes the need some residents have to go to other areas.
In December 2011, RCTS found a way to meet those needs when it became a ticket agent for Jefferson Lines; a major bus line offering service to nearly anywhere in the Continental United States.
