RED Annual Meeting & Banquet

Richland Economic Development held their annual meeting and banquet on Nov. 12 at the Sidney Elks Lodge. RED Director Leslie Messer gave a slide show presentation of all the happenings during the last year and representatives from Montana U.S. Congressmen gave brief statements.
