Sherry Qunell presents a check for $1030 to Josh King, Richland County Emergency Medical Services director. Qunell and friends raised the money at their 6th Annual 911 dinner held Sept. 10 at the Elks Lodge in Sidney. Each year, the money raised has gone to a different Richland County entity, including the fire departments and law enforcement.
