The City/County Planning Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 1 has been canceled and re-scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. to include the subdivision application public hearing. The meeting and hearing will take place at the Richland County Extension Office Conference Room, 1499 N. Central Ave., Sidney.
