Funeral services for Carlos P. Collins were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the Community Presbyterian Church in Fairview with Pastor Bob Meehan officiating. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, ND under the direction of the Fulkerson Funeral Home of Sidney.
