    On Monday, Jan. 22 at approximately 1 a.m. CT, a 2014 Peterbilt truck pulling a sandbox trailer, driven by a Hosea Kleinsasse, Aberdeen, SD, was westbound on HWY. 2 near mile marker 41 when it lost control.
