    The City of Sidney will hold public hearings on proposed zoning code changes at the Zoning Board meeting on April 17 at 8 a.m. and at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 6 at the City Council meeting, both at City Hall. According to City Planner Forest Sanderson, the changes being proposed are a result of changes made in the 2023 legislature as well as requests from land developers.
